Qualcomm 5G Summit was held from October 14th to 16th in Barcelona, Spain. PG INT showcased its newest 5G applications at the summit and its Vice President – Brian Qi delivered a speech topic at “Building for the Future of IoT in the 5G Era” at the Smart Cities Track on October 16th.

In the era of 5G, PG INT 5G module will be empowering all sectors in our works and lives, from Industrial applications to Transportation, Healthcare, Security, and Smart Homes, etc. During the speech at the Smart Cities Track, PG INT Vice President – Brian Qi shared the developments that PG INT has achieved in building for the future of IoT in the 5G era, and demonstrated the newest 5G Gateway, 5G Live Broadcasting Backpack with PG INT 5G module embedded. Brian also mentioned that “Connectivity is the key element in the 5G era. As the IoT wireless module solution provider, PG INT plays an important role in providing stable and reliable cellular connectivity to the devices in all kinds of industries.”

With the strong R&D team, PG INT 5G module FG150 and FM150 now are running test on the CPE, Industrial Gateway, Video Broadcasting Terminals, estimated to be the launched in early 2020 in the Europe market.
